CHANGE OF DATE ANNUAL  GENERAL BODY MEET-2024

Annual  General Body Meeting of “Retired Defence Officers’ 

Association scheduled for  20^th Oct  2024 will now be held on 

10th  Nov 2024. It has been postponed  on the request  of members

because of "Karbachoth".  Rest no change. Venue Silver Room, 

DSOI, D Kuan, New Delhi-110010. House will assemble at 1100hrs,

for  lack of quorum it will be adjourned for half an hour and 

reassemble at 1130 hrs to proceed with the agenda pts.

AGENDA:-

1.   Welcome Address by the President

2.   Confirmation of minutes of the last EGM

             3.   Presentation and passing of accounts for the FY 2023-2024

             4.   Points from the Members

             5.   Any other point with the permission of the Chair

             6.   Vote of Thanks

 AGM will be followed by lunch.  Ladies are cordially invited. Points

for  discussion(if any) may be forwarded latest by 06^th Nov 2024.
