There is some good news on the 7th Pay Commission. The Union Cabinet has approved an additional 2 per cent hike in dearness allowances for Central Government employees.

CPPC PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK

Punjab National Bank has opened a new Centralised Pension Processing Centre (CPPC) in the complex of office of the Pr. CDA (Pensions), Allahabad. The same is operational wef 01.07.2018. This is first phase of the plan and Original PPOs (with supporting documents) issued after 01.07.2018 in the case where PDA is PNB, will be forwarded to the new CPPC at Allahabad. Status Report on implementation of OROP benefits as on 30.09.2017 and compiled up to 01.05.2018.

As per the reports received from the CGDA, a sum of Rs. 4,172.64 crores, Rs. 2,397.22 crores, Rs. 2,322.91 crores and Rs. 1,902.63 crores have been paid towards first, second, third and fourth installment of OROP arrears respectively. 20,60,220 Ex-Servicemen/family pensioners, 15,94,311 Ex-Servicemen, 15,76,478 Ex-Servicemen and 13,56,212 Ex-Servicemen are the beneficiaries during these four installments respectively. Total arrears paid Rs. 10,795.4 crores. (Status upto 30.09.2017 and compiled till 01.05.2018).

1.   Visit PCDA(O), Website “www.pcdaopune.gov.in”    Under Spot Light Lists of officers who could not be paid rank pay arrears from 01.01.1986 to 31.12.1995  (4th CPC) and from 01.01.1996 to 31.12.2005 (5th CPC) due to incorrect bank details, are given.
2.   List of officers whose bank details are not available with PCDA(O) is also given. Kindly go through these lists and take action as advised. You are requested to give it wide publicity.

 DEFENCE PENSION ADALAT IN MYSURU


1.      159th Defence Pension Adalat will be held at Kanatak Kala Mandir, Mysuru on 23rd and 24th August, 2018 for redressal of grievances of Defence pensioners including Defence Civilians drawing pension through PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS, TOs� and DPDOs in the State of Karnatak and adjoining areas.

     2.    Any Defence Pensioners including Family Pensioners / Defence Civilian             Pensioners and their families having any specific grievances relating to         
     sanction or disbursement of Defence pension are requested to submit their             representation in writing, in duplicate to :
