"MINIMUM GUARANTEED PENSION"

Min of Defence (Pension/Policy) has issued  order 1(04)/2015(I)-D (Pen/Pol)  dated 3rd Sep 2015 for payment of arrears from 01.01.2006 to 23.9.2012. All affected officers were very eagerly awaiting this. Hope Pre 2006 retirees are happy now. Cheers!!!

UPDATE CONTEMPT PETITION (RANK PAY ANOMALY CASE)

Contempt petition  came up  for hearing  in Court No. 3 of Hon'ble Mr Justice Anil R Dave, Hon'ble Mr Justice Kurian Joseph  & Hon'ble Mr Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel  at item  No.  4 at 1045 hrs today i.e. 18th Aug 2015. Court did not accept our plea for change of Pay Scales of 4th CPC & 5th CPC, The case has been finally disposed off.
