Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved 3% hike in DA to Central Govt. Employees and DR to pensioners.  The hike comes ahead of festivals. Existing 55% w.e.f 01.07.2025. Pension for October will be with 58% DR.

Dearness Allowance

A Diwali gift of dearness allowance (DA) is certain for central

employees and pensioners. There will be a 3% increase for the
