MEDICAL CARE : ESM

Integrated HQ of MoD (Army), DGMSF (Army) vide their letter No. B/76782/ECHS/ Gen Corres/DGMS-5B dated 27^th Oct 2021  has issued an advisory regarding medical care of ESM in Military Hospitals in emergency and life threatening conditions. It says:-

(a)   No ESM will be denied admission.

(b)   Decision to refer the patient to empanelled Hosp will only be taken with due       clearance from Commandant/CO/HoD.

(c)   All assistance for transfer of patient to empanelled Hosp will be provided.

Deptt of Pension & Pensioner’s Welfare, Min of Personnel Public Grievances  and Pensions, Govt of India  vide OM No. 42/7/2021 – P & PW(D) e-7330 dt 27/10/2021   has enhanced  the  dearness  allowance   for  central  government employees & pensioners  w.e.f July I, 2021. With this increase now  DA will be 31%.

The Union Cabinet has approved a three percent hike in the  dearness  allowance (DA)  for  central  government employees w.e.f July I, 2021. With this increase, now  DA will be  31%.
