PROGRESS CONTEMPT PETITION

Contempt petition had come up for hearing today in the court of Hon'ble Justice Anil Dave.  Our advocate told the court that UOI has not implemented the Supreme court's order of 4th Sep 2012 in letter and spirit till date.  Additional Solicitor requested for 3/4 weeks to file the status Report. Court heard both the councels and asked ASG to file the status report in  three weeks. Next date of hearing is 13th Feb 2015.
