Supreme Court is closed for summer vacation. RDOA has decided to file a contempt Petition in 1st week of July 2015, incase benefit is not extended to all eligible pers. Our advise to all eligible pers "Not to file cases in AFT". Write to AHQ & PCDA(P) giving reference of SC's judgement, Civil Appeal 418 of 2012, UOI Versus Ram Avtar to  extend the benefit of broad bending. Incase reply is in negative, please send the copy of reply to us for including the same in the contempt petition.
