4th CPC Rank Pay anomaly case was listed for hearing today in court No.-3 in SC. Order made is as under:-

 Dear Veterans,

Upon hearing the Govt Counsel court made the following order:-

 

"NOT BEFORE THE BENCH OF WHICH HON'BLE JUSTICE UU LALIT IS A MEMBER".          justice      lalit  had argued the case on behalfof RDOA IN 2010           

 

Next date of hearing will  be intimated as and when known.
