1.    The wife’s name and DOB to match in the following four documents.

             (a)     Pension Payment Order

(b)     Pension Bank Account (Joint)

(c)     Wife’s Aadhar Card

(d)     Wife’s PAN Card

2.   If the name of wife is different in Aadhar Card and PAN card then get

 it   corrected before applying for change of name in PPO, thereafter

apply to MP 5 (B). They will write to PCDA (Pen) for necessary

amendments. It takes appx six months to do so.
