CEA  AFTER RETIREMENT Now ESM are  entitled  for "Children  Education Allowance" after retirement. For that you have to apply through your Zila Sainik Board (ZSB). You can apply online too. ZSB's website is "www.ksb.gov.in". Details are available on website in Welfare and Educational  Financial Assistance. You can download the application form in pdf format and visit "Zila Sainik Welfare Office (ZSWO)" with original documents along with pdf application for verification. CANTONMENT BOARDS Cantonment system to be dissolved. The Government has also decided to hand over civilian areas under cantonment to local municipal bodies.  While the Army areas in the cantonment will be turned into military stations. Country currently has 62 cantonments boards.
