Central organisation ECHS vide letter No. B/49762/AG/ECHS/2023 dated 26 Jul 2023

has Issued time line for reimbursement claims. Claim for medicine reimbursement is

to be submitted within 90 days, waiver up to 180 days will be given by Director Regional

Centre, beyond 180 days by central organisation ECHS.

 “RETIRED DEFENCE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION” is a registered body with its office at Flat No. 27-A, DDA SFS Flats, Pocket-1, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. RDOA is a tri services association. RDOA is acting  as an agency to resolve issues/matters  pertaining  to retired defence  officers and widows with Govt/Other  authorities.

4.   Our  association  is  not  affiliated  to  any  political  party  but we do meet leaders of political parties to raise various issues with Govt. RDOA  has been successful in winning  the following cases in Hon’ble Supreme Court so far:-

        (a)  4^th CPC rank pay anomaly case in . (reference Maj Dhanapalan’s case)

        (b)  Minimum Guaranteed Pension i.e arrears of pension from 01.01.2006 to                                    23.09.2012 to Pre 2006 pensioners.

        (c)  Broad Banding of Disability Pension to persons who are superannuated.
