DEFENCE PENSION ADALAT

Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) Allahabad will organise the 169th  Defence Pension Adalat at Chandimandir (Haryana) on 20th Aug and 21st Aug 2019 & 170th DPA at Paonta Sahib (HP)  on 23rd Aug 2019 for redressal of grievances of Defence pensioners including Defence Civilians drawing pension through PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS, TOs' and DPDOs in the State of Haryana and Himachal Pardesh & adjoining areas.

Objective

Any Defence Pensioners including Family Pensioners / Defence Civilian Pensioners and their families having any specific grievances relating to sanction or disbursement of Defence pension are requested to submit their representation, in writing, in duplicate to : Pension Adalat Officer O/o Principal CDA (Pensions), Draupadi Ghat, Allahabad-211014,  A format of the representation is given on their website. Applicants are advised to apply as per the format through Web site, for easy processing of their applications.

 DEARNESS ALLOWANCE JULY 2019

The Dearness Allowance (DA) for July 2019 would be 17 per cent. As per a report, the DA for July-December 2019 period would be five per cent more from DA for January to June, 2019 period, when it was 12 per cent. The five per cent DA raise has been confirmed with the release of June 2019 All India Consumer Price Index Numbers (AICPIN).
