IV Pay Commission Rank pay anomaly case
As on 08 Nov 2010 The case was heard today in the court of Justice MK Katju. The next date of hearing has been fixed for 15 Nov 2010. Our case was pleaded by Senior Advocate Harish Salve and Senior Advocate Mahavir Singh

Was there any pleading by the Govt side? If so what was that and by whom?

What is the prognosis - more adjournments from the GoI/MoD?
