We disciplined soldiers and veterans should NOT expect that someone to teach us ethics of life and discipline, Actually this was overdue. Many Many Thanks Mr. President and RDOA staff.

It is most heartening that RDOA would now be able to exercise some control and discretion on the nature of comments that appear on these blog posts.

Most officer veterans are already well versed in the kind of discussion that can contribute to the cause RDOA has pursued all these years.

Still, by my own experience, I have found one can always learn from other participants and also access other online forums to be more familiar with the nature of discourse that constitutes dignified online behaviour.

After all, we have been exposed to the internet for about a decade and some of it's conventions are different from what we are used to.

With RDOA now firmly in-charge, we should see a lot less of some of the annoying comments with 'all-caps' text, off-topic content, pretentious content which is actually bogus and rude expressions.

Thank you RDOA for introducing some measure of complince with netiquette.
