PENSION MAJOR & EQUIVALENT WITH
21 YEARS SERVICE RETIRED PRIOR TO 1996
Officers
who have retired prior to 1996 with 21 years of service must write to respective HQs for sanction of Lt Col Pensions for them based
on AFT Chandigarh judgment dated OA No.
90 of 2014, OA No. 802 of 2014 and OA
No. 1480 of 2014 dated 25/05/2017.
On
receipt of reply officers may approach the AFT in their area of jurisdiction. Where no AFT is functioning officers will have
to go to AFT Delhi Principal Bench.

officers are requested to contact RDOA
for clarification and further action.
