Canteen Services Directorate vide their letter dated 23^rd Mar 2018 has laid down limit on items, uniformly through individual cards for all ranks. Grocery and AFD items have been listed in Appendixes of same letter. Feedback/suggestion if any may be forwarded to the directorate through command channel.

ELECTION NOTICE

1.    Election for the Governing Body of RDOA has been  scheduled for 15^th Apr 2018 and will be held during Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting at DSOI, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi-110010. Col VK Suri (M. No. 89) and Lt Col R Ramamurthy (M. No. 374) have been appointed Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer respectively.

(a) Nominations for the post of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary and treasurer are  asked from members.

      (b) Member has to forward the name as per the nomination form   

      attached. Candidate’s name should be proposed by a  member  of  RDOA.

(c)  Member can contest for one post only.

(d)  Member must forward his nomination to RDOA’s office Flat No. 27-A, DDA SFS Flats, Pocket-1, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, so as to reach latest by 31^st Mar 2018.

(e)  Following time schedule will  be strictly adhered to:-

Withdrawal of candidature                  :    06^th April 2018

Scrutiny of candidature                       :    09^th April 2018

Publish final list                                   :    10^th April 2018

Election (if required) & Result             :    15^th April 2018

Meeting was held with Returning and Assistant Retuning Officer on 24^th Feb 2018 at DSOI, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi and modalities for election for RDOA office bearers was discussed/deliberated. Following points were decided:-

(a)  Nominations for the post of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary and treasurer will be asked from members.
