MEDICAL CARE : ESM
Integrated HQ of MoD (Army), DGMSF (Army) vide their letter No. B/76782/ECHS/
Gen Corres/DGMS-5B dated 27th Oct 2021 has issued an advisory regarding medical care
of ESM in Military Hospitals in emergency and life threatening conditions. It says:-
(a) No ESM will be denied admission.
(b) Decision to refer the patient to empanelled
Hosp will only be taken with due clearance
from Commandant/CO/HoD.
(c) All assistance for transfer of patient to
empanelled Hosp will be provided.
