OROP CASE

On 16/03/2022 Three judges bench of Supreme Court headed by Hon’ble Justice DY Chandrachud rejected a bunch of petitions, which argued that the initial definition of OROP was altered. Court said “We find no constitutional infirmity in the OROP as defined by the communication of 07^th Nov 2015.
