OROP CASE

On 16/03/2022 Three judges bench of Supreme Court headed by Hon’ble Justice DY Chandrachud rejected a bunch of petitions, which argued that the initial definition of OROP was altered. Court said “We find no constitutional infirmity in the OROP as defined by the communication of 07th Nov 2015.
