OROP-2  The SC has allowed the Govt to pay the arrears  by instalments as under:-         (a)    By 30th Apr 23 to 6 Lakh Family pensioners and Gallantry         Awardees.       (b)    By 30th Jun 23 to Pensioners above 70 yrs of age.       (c)    To the balance pensioners in two instalments by 30 Nov 23        and  28 Feb 24.
