Disabled Child Get Disability Certificate either from Military Hospital  or Govt Hospital. While  alive  get  it  endorsed  in PPO  through  MP – 5.  PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj will endorse in the PPO    that disabled child is eligible for dependent family pension on demise of both the parents.
