One should view it in perspective. This is not the only court room "Not In Session". As on date, seven court rooms had a similar status on the Display Board.
So this case may not really have been singled out for any "googlies".
Please do not5 start counting the pennies now!
Let's know the FINAL DISPOSAL first!
Dear Blog owner, I personally appreciate your efforts to keep up the 26 year old morale of the survivors and the kin of the deceased. But we need to do something strong so that the Bench will do what the SC Bench presided over by the CJI did - heard the UoI's Review Petition in chambers and dismissed it.
How/Why can the RDOA be so sanguine as to ask us to count pennies unless and until the case is dispososed off? Is there something RDOA's legal team can share with us?
now we should know why it takes decades to settle cases in the Indian Courts. In India,Only Armed Forces have to work 24X7.Why can't we do Night Training in Indian courts to dispose off thousands of cases pending?
