All comments are read and re read to read the fine print and what is being said.Even comments not pertaining to the issue blog are read and noted. We are fully aware and updated on all issues. All affected offrs must understand that the case is at a critical juncture.Any effort to hasten/influence/seek course to as to why SG is not appearing can jeopardise the case. There is no point in being hyper or impatient. Before every hearing a conference is held with the advocates as to line of action to be adopted for the day. RDOA has been going to the court since last five yrs and we are totally aware as to how the court functions. Battle is already half won. Lets wait for the other half. I do not want to put any info on the blog which can jeopardise the case or aid the other party.

Not all fingers and thumb on a hand being alike and each having its own function and limitations. Similarly, every member has his own thought process.

Dear Sir,
1. For tomorrow's hearing fwg pts may pls be taken note of and if needed brought up in the Court:-
(a) GoI/MoD has been egregiously reneging on its promise of looking into the issues related to pay and status parity of AFs vis-a-vis civ AIS offrs despite assurance by none other than PM after 6th pay commission report came out and caused so much heartburn and anguish to servicemembers/veterans. The proof of this is that so-called High Powered Committee has done literally nothing for four long yrs and demand has been hanging fire since long. Proof of this is 'TIMES NOW' report. Pls see
http://www.timesnow.tv/Armed-forces-parity-demand-in-cold-storage/videoshow/4400658.cms
2. Even though the Hon'ble Court (moved as it was by the plight of veterans/widows) had at one pt ordered constitution of AFGRC (even specifying its composition), the Court was mislead by the GoI by false assurances and hollow promises of settling all issues. And thus trusting GoI to fulfill its words hon'ble Court retracted its earlier verdict on constitution of AFGRC.
3. Ironically, when Court asked GoI to set up AFGRC, GoI opposed it and now in case of Rank pay Case, GoI want to delay the matter indefinitely by asking the hon'ble Court to order a separate committee/commission to look into the issue. For how long can GoI continue to cheat its own servicemembers/ veterans? Court may well ask SG/GoI counsel as to what has been done to the issue of AFs' demand of pay and status parity with AIS cadre?
4. We need to expose the Govt's insincerety, naked shamelessness and canards being spread by GoI in case of issues related to servicemembers/ veterans.
- warm regards,
Harry
