IV CPC RANK PAY CASE:ADVISORY
The IV CPC Rank pay case is due for hearing on 04 Sept 2012. All are advised to refrain from writing/filing any letter/writ which can jeopardise/ delay the case further.
Of course, no body will be dare enough to do any mischief at this stage. But still, my request is to keep us inf and updated from now onwards. In the mean time if you get any news/inf about any strategy of the govt, do inf us v.sundaresan
Now why would someone file a fresh case? I hope that the senior advocate argues for a speedy conclusion of the case by impressing upon the Hon'ble Bench that the MoD is frittering away public money by wasting the time of the Bench which can hear other cases too.
Heartiest congrats for winning the Rank Pay Case, all thanks to your untiring and persistent efforts. All Servicemembers/ Veterans need to be grateful to the RDOA for getting this historic verdict in AFs favor.
RDOA is now a permanent part of the collective consciousness of all retired Officers of the Indian armed forces. Words cannot describe the magnificently selfless service rendered by the active members of this association for a common cause. Kudos!
