ADVISORY MEDICAL MGT ECHS In view of the prevalent situation in the country, Central Org ECHS has issued guidelines for minimizing  visits of ESM to polyclinics. Following are the salient points:- (a)    ESM specially above 70 years may take tele prescription from Med Offrs to avoid visit to polyclinic. (b)   ESM may purchase medicines on prescription from outside and put up claim for reimbursement. (c)    Prior permission for collection of medicines will be obtained on tele/email of polyclinic. (d)   ESM  to ensure Social distancing.  Entry inside the polyclinic will be with face mask and after thermal screening.

(f)   ESM to contact OIC or Med Offr on suspect of COVID-19 for testing and treatment.   COVID testing & treatment is cashless at  empanelled hospitals. No referral is required.
