ab to diwali bhi nikal gayi. fauji ke legitimate dues ke liye kisi ke pass time hai kya? 15 August was to be the D day for most of the issues. nothing has happened. then rank pay case. why there is so much delay when it comes to cases dealing with defence personnel. may be the government wants to delay as much to save some money as for faujis the orders are generally prospectively... and utilise that money to fund its schemes.
Dear aaa, please don't get so pessimistic. MoD had asked for DGL, which was forwarded post-haste. It is reported (please note) that MoD has sent the DGL to Def/Fin enroute to Min of Fin. We waited 26 years and anyway RDOA has assured the the Contempt of Court notice is ready.
