so all this while when the impression was that DGL was under discussion, government was taking legal views how to deny this for last two months. that after when our learned SG fought tooth and nail including absenting himself during the case. they still felt that there will be some loose end by which to deny faujis their dues. what a state of affairs for faujis because faujis has it in them to take it.
is it possible to learn reliably as to what has been cleared by RM? coz that is what matters...
any further update please RDOA. just saw on Reportmysignal. update on similar lines as RDOA. but what is important is what has been cleared. so many things have been cleared earlier which have caused so much of confusion. hope this time something has been done to avoid the same by paycells , RDOA ...

I got an email as under from a fauji friend and I do not vouch for its correctness. Smebody wants to tell the truth about it please go ahead.
Sorry folks. Not good news. Let us forget for now the expected arrears on account of IV CPC rank pay anomaly. It is learnt that the UOI has filed another affidavit with Hon Supreme Court suggesting to appoint a committee of a retired justice to go into the details of IV CPC rank pay anomaly and to give recommedations for any corrrection. The affidivit also says that it is very difficult to implement the orders due to enormous worklodad involved as individual cases need to be examined with regards to refixation of pay at various stages and to revise the pension and other retirement benefit, payment of arrears to NOK etc.
The next hearing is scheduled for 18 Jan 2013.

For instance, it has not been mentioned whether your "fauji friend" was the originator of the email or he'd merely forwarded one of those dubious chain-emails that are being tastelessly forwarded without a thought, on part of the people forwarding, that spamming and forwarding of suspect emails is not responsibe online behaviour.
If you really wish to get to the bottom of this, ask your "fauji friend" where he got the email from. Check the email headers of the email received by you as should your "fauji friend" in respect of the email that he had received so that a beginning can be made to ascertain the source of such "information".
By repeating unverified and controversial information, that also under the Google ID of "Unknown", merely helps the original spammer in disseminating information which may have no basis in reality.

1. Pls don't be misguided by spurious chain-mails.
2. RDOA is the only authority on the matter and pls keep your faith.
3. When even the Review Petition has been dismissed on what basis would the hon'ble SC accept such a petition? Earlier the same tales of lies were spun by the SG in his arguments which the learned judges dismissed.
PS : Patience (atleast till 04 Dec) is a virtue, pls don't lose it.
A govt that does not comply with the judgements of the highest court of the land shall become constitutionally untenable. Period.
for government, substitute bureaucracy, and in most cases, section officer as far as faujis are concerned.
